The menus are essentially composed of fresh local farm products, fruit and vegetables in season from our kitchen garden.
You will be able to taste local specialities ("oreilles d'âne, tourtons et ravioles du Champsaur etc....)
From time to time we serve "rillettes, pâté, fromage de tête ... made by your host.
If you have a sweet tooth...gâteaux, flans, homemade tarts, cottage cheese from local farms are perfect for you.
Your hostess will bake for breakfast "brioches, madeleines" served with homemade jam and honey from St Jean St Nicolas.
We can serve you an afternoon snack, hot or cold drinks with waffles, pancakes, biscuits or bread and butter....all homemade of course
